Well, I just finished course 2 of the cake decorating classes. I have so much fun taking these classes! i can't wait until August when the fondant and gum paste class starts, hopefully I'll be lucky enough to be able to take this class too. i would like to start doing cakes for people...i just have to find people who need cake :)
This is my final cake for course two...i made the flowers from royal icing, the birds are made from color flow and the cake/basket weave is all butter cream.
